Plain-language terms. By using UseTemp you agree to the following.

The service

UseTemp gives you free, temporary email addresses that can receive mail but not send it. No sign-up is needed. You can pick a name or get one at random. Addresses you do not delete stay saved for up to 10 days so you can switch back to them; a deleted address and its emails cannot be recovered.

No promises

The service is provided “as is”, with no promises of any kind. We cannot promise that any website will accept a UseTemp address, send mail to it, or keep accepting it. We are not responsible for accounts you lose because an address was deleted, or for messages that never arrive.

Things you must not do

Fraud, tricks, scams, or pretending to be another person or company.
Making accounts to get around bans, abuse free trials at scale, or break another service's rules or safety checks.
Harassment, spam-related activity, or receiving stolen or illegal material.
Anything tied to an account you cannot afford to lose: banking, money, government, or your main email accounts.
Automated scraping or bulk address-making meant to disrupt the service.

We may block addresses, endings, or traffic involved in misuse at any time, without notice.

Changes

We may change or stop the service at any time. Continuing to use it after these terms change counts as accepting the updated terms.
